Job Purpose:
The Alternative Provision (AP) and SEMH Coordinator is responsible for supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs and overseeing the development of our internal Alternative Provision. This role focuses on identifying barriers to learning, providing targeted interventions, and fostering positive emotional and social development. Additionally, the Coordinator will act as a trusted adult to key students, facilitate outreach work with parents, and organise enrichment activities, including educational trips. This position would ideally suit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or a qualified teacher with experience in SEMH and pastoral support. Closing date: Midday Friday 8th November 2024.
