Blue Arrow is proud to be working with a market leading family business with over 30 years' experience manufacturing safety footwear. They are looking for a Sales Account Manager (Amazon Vendor Central & E-commerce) to join their team on full-time permanent basis.
This role will involve looking after our client's Amazon Vendor Central and e-commerce-based resellers. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales focussed individual that has a keen eye for digital selling! Salary: up to £35,000 + bonus
Hours: 8:00 - 16:30 or 9:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday (some flexibility) - 37.5 hours per week
What duties are included in this Sales Account Manager (Amazon Vendor Central & E-commerce) role?
* Taking complete ownership for Amazon Vendor platform and management of all e-commerce-based resellers.
* Managing product setup process - collating, uploading, and maintaining relevant assets.
* Overseeing Amazon case management and troubleshooting any issues with product listings.
* Building AMS campaigns and ensuring they are carried out within budget to achieve performance targets.
* Managing campaigns, vouchers, and strategic plans for key events such as Prime Day.
* Ensure that assets used across the Amazon marketplace and other eCommerce platforms are of high quality and best in class.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to tailor content for Amazon product pages.
* Work closely with the senior management team to identify and launch on new eCommerce platforms, UK and Globally.
What will you bring to the Sales Account Manager (Amazon Vendor Central & E-commerce) role?
* At least 3 years proven successful experience working with Amazon and full working knowledge of Amazon Vendor & Seller Central in the UK.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of excel and data analysis required.
* Proven experience in understanding nuances of Amazon trade to manage effectively.
* Keen eye for detail, with strong sales and marketing skills.
* Experience in running customer facing review meetings and conducting presentations.
* Willingness to attend all expenses paid trade events and customer meetings.
* A recognised qualification in Sales (desirable)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Hardworking
* Good use of initiative
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
