Holiday buy scheme Help Hand scheme What you’ll be doing As a security Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the security department. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests in line with current legislation and company guidance, ensuring all guests receive the very best experience and customer service with standards that continuously improve. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the existing security team to enhance our guests' experience through a hands-on approach where required and team engagement Manage the security function, maximising opportunities for greater efficiency and safety. Create rotas in line with budgets to ensure the security team are in the right place at the right time. Ensure a professional and effective control of site entrances and complex areas utilising the current technologies and controls. And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. An SIA (Security Industry Association) licence preferred or willing to obtain within agreed time frame for successful applicant Full manual driving licence Customer service skills – we want someone who is friendly and cheerful to our guests.
