About the role:
The School of Medicine and Dentistry is looking for an interim Associate Dean to work with the Dean and Senior Management Team to ensure the continued smooth running of the school. This role is an opportunity to provide strong, accountable management and leadership in realising the vision and objectives of the School. This is a short term leadership role for 6 months reporting directly to the Dean of School.
About you:
We are looking for someone with experience of managing and co-ordinating resources and working with regulatory processes and governance systems and an understanding of the sector, its current issues, priorities and challenges and their relevance to the cultural context of the School. The successful candidate will have a Doctorate / Higher Degree or equivalent professional qualifications or experience and experience of cross-University collaboration in the delivery of new initiatives.
