What you’ll be doing
As a Quality Manager you are responsible for the development, implementation, application of company and project specific quality systems. Procedures including but not limited to ITP’s, inspection documentation, quality site inspections, benchmarking and non-conformances. Ensuring that all relevant documentation reflects the clients policy.
1. Client satisfaction and liaising with the client on quality issues
2. Raising the profile and understanding of quality on a site level
3. Providing quality advice and support to the projects teams when developing the Quality Management Plans
4. Complete quality related training to blu-3 employees
5. Ensuring that the quality site risks to which the company is exposed are fully identified and mitigated
6. Any other reasonable requests from management
7. It is expected that all of your behaviours and day to day activities will be underpinned by the Clients company core values

What we’re looking for
15. Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant subject
16. Practitioner member of the CQI, working towards chartered within 2 years
17. Internal auditor
18. Experience in process design
19. Competent in training of quality subjects
20. Lead Auditor (IRCA certified course)
21. Working knowledge of quality and quality techniques
22. Working knowledge of contract law and commercial practice
