Assist in developing social, emotional, and communication skills. Promote a positive and safe learning environment. Monitor and report progress to ensure every child’s needs are met. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs (desirable). Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated challenges. Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to support. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
