About the Role
As a Project Manager with an engineering background, you will be accountable for managing multiple site projects. At Cavaghan & Gray we produce the highest quality M&S products with a production capacity of 115 million units per year, spread across over 150 different products. More than 100 years old, the site played a major role in the ready meal revolution in the 1970s, launching three of the first-ever prepared ready meal products - cauliflower cheese, cottage pie and Cumberland pie - all for Marks & Spencer.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage ongoing site projects, including capital investment initiatives.
* Plan and organize governance processes for all site projects.
* Lead projects spanning infrastructure, machinery installations, and fabrication work.
* Coordinate and collaborate with third-party contractors to ensure project delivery.
* Work closely with both internal stakeholders and external customers to achieve project goals.
Key Skills
* Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or APM are desirable.
* Demonstrated experience in applying structured project management methodologies on large scale projects.
* Strong organisational and planning skills to manage complex projects effectively.
* Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
* Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate diverse teams.
* Ability to foster collaboration across different departments to achieve project goals.
