Due to another period of growth, they are now recruiting for a Compliance Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will have lots of autonomy and be responsible for several duties including the planning/coordination of training, carrying out on-site compliance audits, management of the Business Management System (BMS), and chairing project review meetings. This is an office-based role with occasional site visits required.
The Role:
1. Plan and coordinate training for all on-site employees to ensure compliance is met
2. Carry out on-site compliance audits
3. Organise and chair quarterly safety committee meetings
4. Build effective relationships across all levels of the business
5. Office-based near Aylesbury, with some site travel when required
The Person:
1. Experience in Compliance / Project Coordination / Administration
2. Excellent organisation & time management
3. Full UK Driving license
4. Commutable distance from Aylesbury
