Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their dynamic team based in Sutton Coldfield on a permanent full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Assist with month-end closing activities. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to address payment issues. Qualifications: Proven experience in an accounts payable or similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
