This is a new role within the service and you will need be able to lead and be responsible for sub projects which will enable the service to implement and increase the throughput of digitisation of Health Records to other departments and directorates. Overseeing and implementing agreed health record scanning plans within the Health Records Service. Planning and allocating workloads. Ensuring the accurate and timely scanning of patient records into the Electronic Document Management System, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. The postholder will work to defined standards and operating procedures, Manager will be available for reference when required.
