Figurati is a modern Italian restaurant on the waterfront in Southampton. The restaurant seats approx 65 covers with an emphasis on serving local seasonal produce. The menu consists of an extensive cicchetti selection, also including quality pasta & pizza dishes.

What we expect from a Chef de Partie:
1. Previous experience working as a CDP in a fresh, fast paced environment.
2. Passion for food and current food trends
3. A good level knowledge in modern Italian cuisine
4. Good eye for detail to achieve constant high standards
5. Be able to assist the head chef & sous chefs in the day to day running of the kitchen
6. Be able to assist & train junior members of the team. To nurture them into what we need
7. To have high standards in personal appearance
8. To be able to clearly communicate with both FOH & BOH teams before, during & after service
