Brightwork is currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist/Site Assistant to support our client, a well established and reputable organisation at their offices in Glsagow City on an ongoing basis.
Shift patterns will vary across each week and may include early starts, later finishes and weekend shifts.
Acting as the key point of contact for all visitors and employees - the successful candidate will provide key administrative support with duties including:
- Meeting visitors to the site - giving site tours/guidance to new arrivals and guests to the site.
- Answering incoming calls, directing, and fielding appropriately
- Managing and facilitating meeting bookings and payments due
- Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Raising Purchase Orders for stationary, routine maintenance, etc
- General administration duties as required
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working in a Reception/Office based role
- Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Be confident working with all MS Office packages
- Be available to start immediately and commit to an ongoing temporary role
- Due to the nature of clients site the successful candidates will already have or be able to go through a PVG Check ahead of start date
