What the Job Involves As a Team Manager for the Care Experienced team, you will lead, manage, and develop a Social Work Team to deliver high-quality services focused on improving outcomes for children and young people. You will ensure the Council meets its statutory obligations, allocate resources effectively, and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes. Your role includes managing team performance, overseeing budget allocations, staying informed on legislative changes, and participating in strategic policy development.
