Logistics - Fleet Administrator
Job summary:
As a Logistics Fleet Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating all Group Fleet deliveries Nationwide utilising our internal drivers and external partners. Ensuring all delivery paperwork is present and correct before it is sent to the correct contact for payment whilst controlling and administering associated costs accurately across all brands.

This is a part time position working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8.30am - 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring 100% accuracy of all administration relating to vehicles to include; raising vehicle invoices, taxing vehicles, resolving complaints, and updating manufacturer systems.
2. Processing all documentation accurately, efficiently and effectively.
3. Up-dating the stock lists and maintaining and updating effective transaction records.
4. The timely and accurate processing of vehicles prior to delivery.
5. Supporting the department’s housekeeping and audit processes, ensuring information and customer details are kept up to date and used accurately.
6. Maintaining effective Manufacturer contact.
Qualifications:
7. Previous experience of working in a busy administration environment is essential.
8. A customer centric attitude, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
9. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
10. Strong attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach to your work, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
11. Assertive and approachable, you will be a proactive team player!
12. Energy and enthusiasm with strong verbal and written communication skills
