Post Title: Assistant Caretaker (covering Grantham and Spalding)
Reporting to: Regional Estates Manager East
Salary: Grade 3, Points 6-9, £24,027.00 - £25,183.00 Annually (FTE)
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

As part of Wellspring's continued development across the region, the Trust requires an Assistant Caretaker to join our enthusiastic site teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate ready for a fresh challenge.

The role will support Wellspring's Lincolnshire Academies based in Grantham and also to support our Spalding site. This role is full-time, 37 hours per week, to be worked between the hours of 7am and 7pm (to be discussed with manager at interview).

Wellspring is in a period of growth and requires a site operative who is capable of supporting the compliance of a variety of sites, ensuring that the best possible environment is provided for staff and students.
Whilst experience in a similar role would be an advantage, for the right candidate willing to commit to the post long term, we are prepared to invest in a significant level of training.
