At Frasers Group, we're now seeking an exceptional Store Manager to join our team in our brand-new store in Castleford.
This role is perfect for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in premium sales and customer service.
As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maximise sales revenue and identify opportunities to improve performance.
* Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
* Provide strong leadership and guidance to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service.
* Implement seasonal stock merchandising and presentation in line with Head Office directives.
* Monitor local competitors and stay up-to-date with market trends.
* Ensure accurate paperwork, policies, and procedures are followed.
* Drive and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
* Strong background in premium sales and customer service.
* Proven leadership and motivational skills.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
* Ability to interpret financial and sales data.
* High level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
* Awareness of the local market.
