Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability and proper inventory levels.
2. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
3. Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and organising documents.
4. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.
6. Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members as required.
7. Support financial processes by using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
8. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner to support overall business operations.
Skills
1. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite is essential for this role.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
3. Excellent phone etiquette to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
4. Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is highly desirable.
5. Competence in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
