To join our multidisciplinary team, you will be:
1. a registered nurse with current professional registration

This post involves 7-day working and internal rotation to nights, with part-time opportunities available.
A member of the Community Intermediate Care Centre (CICC) who is skilled in assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care.
