Morva Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join an established and reputable company in the South West. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management of multiple sites, ensuring safe systems of work and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. Write, monitor, and enforce RAMS, COSHH, and PPE requirements in line with legislation. Lead and manage site personnel and subcontractors in accordance with company policies. Plan and manage resources, materials, and plant to meet programme targets efficiently. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and Highways Authorities, maintaining professionalism at all times. Monitor progress, compliance, and commercial targets through regular audits and internal contract meetings. Assist with staff training, appraisals, and development to foster a positive and productive working environment. Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and cases of ill health, implementing preventative measures where necessary. What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, ideally in the construction or civils sector. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, including RAMS, COSHH, PUWER, and LOLER. Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and teams. Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management. Why Join This Team?
