About the Role:
VANRATH is recruiting on behalf of a public sector client for an Office Administrator to join their team in Belfast on a short-term interim contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an organised individual who excels in data management and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately input and manage data using spreadsheets and internal systems.
* Maintain and update records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Liaise with clients confidently via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
* Support general office administration, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
* Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required to support the wider team.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. While no specific experience is required, the candidate should have:
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients.
