Are you a recent graduate eager to launch a career in the luxury hospitality industry? We are excited to offer a dynamic opportunity to join our Graduate Management Programme at a 5-star luxury hotel and resort.
Starting in September 2025, this two-year rotational programme is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of key hotel operations, including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance. Working alongside industry experts, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, building the skills and insights needed to excel in a world-class hospitality environment.
We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and driven graduates who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This fast-paced programme will challenge you to think creatively, problem-solve, and develop the leadership skills essential for a successful hospitality career.
Throughout the programme, you’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and career development support, ensuring your continued growth. At the end of the two years, you will be well-equipped to step into a junior management role within our hotel or the wider hospitality industry. Along the way, you’ll build a strong professional network and gain the expertise to thrive in this dynamic field.

Eligibility Information:
To apply for this role, you must have full right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the two-year graduate visa, as this is a permanent position, and we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
4. Passion for the hospitality industry and willingness to learn and develop new skills
5. Flexibility to work in different departments and shifts
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
7. Previous hospitality experience
