Working for a growing professional organisation, this role will be a key member of the team primarily supporting two busy Partners. Responsibilities include; Audio typing; documents, letters and tenders Client liaison Document management Arranging meetings Managing the electronic filing system Other adhoc administration duties Assisting with content for company website Essential experience required: Previous Secretarial experience gained within a professional services environment Audio typing experience Strong verbal communication and numerical skills Excellent IT skills Good time management and attention to detail Due to the nature of the role, this position will be fully office based. Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Free parking on site.
