Employment Contract Type: Permanent
Hours Per Week: 37.5
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Overseeing the delivery of security, post-room, M&E and cleaning services on a high-profile contract, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
2. Providing focus, direction, and leadership to the security and cleaning operations team, ensuring recruitment, training, and administration requirements are maintained.
3. Maintaining regular and good communications with clients and employees, including conducting job chats, site quality safety visits, and toolbox talks.
4. Ensuring all documentation is correctly filed and up to date to meet auditing processes and OCS Group accreditations and licenses.
5. Taking ownership of the management of the sites and staff performances, including conducting interviews, training, induction, and monitoring of security officers.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
1. Must have Right to Work in the UK.
2. An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
3. Proven experience as a successful Facilities Management professional.
4. IOSH qualification.
5. SIA and LSMS qualified.
6. Strong track record of managing teams within the contract security sector.
