Our client is a leading architectural firm based in fantastic offices near Farringdon. They are seeking an Office Manager and EA to be the lynchpin of their office. You will support the Founder with traditional EA duties along with providing operations support to the team and get involved in projects. They are a small friendly and collaborative team where you will instantly feel part of the team and quickly realise that they are a firm that truly value each employee. They also offer 2 days WFH.
Main responsibilities
* Maintaining the Founder's personal dairy and calendar
* Orgainsing international travel
* Arranging and preparing meetings
* Keeping office supplies stocked and vendor relationships running smoothly
* Supporting new joiners with onboarding
* Planning team events and assisting with company projects
* Greeting visitors and managing the reception area
* Working with the Operations team on company-wide projects Assisting with office budgets and expenses
Personal requirements
* Be super sociable and warm
* Fun and will add to a friendly culture
* Diligent, Loyal and discreet
* Highly organised and efficient
* Able to stay calm under pressure
Background
* Prior experience as EA and Office Manager
* Prior experience in architecture or property is highly desirable
