Job Title: Marketing Communications Consultant
Contract Type: 12 month FTC

We are looking to appoint a Marketing Consultant to be based in our Edinburgh, London, or Alderley Edge office.
Our Marketing Consultants are responsible for developing & delivering top-tier communications that captivate our customers and enhance retention. They ensure that our Brand, Tone of Voice, and Consumer Duty responsibilities are always prioritised.
They work as part of the wider marketing change team for the delivery of the change communication plan. Collaborating with colleagues in the wider business areas and within the Brand & Marketing function to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of marketing change communications.
The responsibilities also include delivering clear customer communications by maintaining existing capabilities and building capabilities for the future in line with group strategy and priorities, by thinking responsibly about the environment and using a digital first approach.
The Marketing Change team is growing, and we need someone who can adapt quickly, embrace change and is willing to bring forth new thinking to support our strategic shifts.
About the role
* Deliver marketing communications activities, by bringing forth communication experience, in line with the agreed Marketing Change communications plan.
* Input into team priorities and coordinate elements of delivery of all activities in line with the overall communications plans.
* Identify the impacts of all communication changes and plan appropriate support activities for affected areas such as Group Customer Services & Group Technology.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the B&M functions and wider Group functions to successfully deliver each project.
* Move towards being a communications SME, supported by the Senior Marketing Consultants, to reach your full potential and provide top-tier service.
* Support the transformation to the new Content Marketing Platform (CMP) and Digital Assets Management Solution (DAMS).
About you
* Experience in delivering customer communications.
* Stakeholder management skills, works well with others and builds good working relationships.
* Knowledge of integrated multi-channel customer communication techniques and tools.
* Understanding of the regulatory and legislative framework within the financial services market.
* Excellent planning and project coordination skills, beneficial to have some understanding of our marketing planning tools and techniques.
* Awareness of agile ways of working, Kanban, ceremonies, prioritisation etc.
* Capable of supporting and developing Marketing Assistants.
