Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturer based in Ripon to recruit a Quality Manager. The purpose of the Quality Manager is to manage the day to day running of quality, and making improvements to the integrated QMS. Other responsibilities of the Quality Manager will include • Maintaining the QMS and updating procedures • Implementing and auditing the Quality Manual • Obtaining and maintaining 3rd party accreditation such as Achilles/SCCS • Liaising with customer representatives and ensuring customer specification is adhered to when compiling Quality documentation • External auditing requirements for subcontractor work and external suppliers We are looking for a Quality Managers who takes a continuous improvement approach and to source opportunities and implement improvements Other Key specifications include • Welding/inspection or heavy engineering experience • Strong Quality / Technical/ Engineering background • Experience of writing and implementing project specific inspection testing plans If this role sounds of interest, please reply for a discussion to assess suitability.
