We are seeking to appoint someone who is flexible, well-organised, and motivated to manage the Self-Regulation Room.
We want someone who will work in collaboration with the Learning Support Unit and who will be responsible for leading, developing, and managing the Self-Regulation Room. This involves tracking the academic progress and securing high-quality outcomes for students with behavioural needs and learning difficulties.
Candidates should have:
1. 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) in English and Maths
2. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant area
3. Experience of working with challenging children
4. Sound practical, interpersonal, and organisational skills
