The main aim of this position is to provide commercial oversight for recruitment operations within the company.
Key Duties:
1. Set up new jobs in the system upon receiving contract start-up forms.
2. Update trades and rates in the system.
3. Verify payroll exports to the ledger.
4. Handle sales exports and postings.
5. Generate manual invoices not produced by the payroll system.
6. For assigned contracts:
7. Manage and administer contracts, including volume rebates and rate adjustments.
8. Collaborate with internal team to ensure timesheets, trades, rates, etc., are accurate, legible, signed appropriately, and align with the contract.
9. Prepare interim valuations (invoices/applications) and issue them to clients as per contract requirements.
10. Ensure payment applications match the internal ledger, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
11. Track the progress of payment applications, payment notices/certificates, and payment receipts, working closely with the credit controller.
12. Communicate with clients to ensure timely and accurate payments.
