Our client are a well-established and professional publishers who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator based in Milton Keynes on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator
* Support publishers with content and ensure the timely integration of content ingestion.
* Manage the publisher side of targeting promotions.
* Management of systems on behalf of the Publisher and the company.
* Deal with all publisher queries.
* Review production proofs.
* Coordinate client reports.
* B2B Client support and account management.
Requirements for a successful Customer Service Administrator
* Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role previously.
* Customer Service experience within a fast-paced and busy B2B environment.
* Strong Administration skills.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
