Tasks Assist with daily financial operations, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments. Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable. Support month-end and year-end financial processes, including preparation of reports and statements. Maintain and update financial records using Sage 200, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial information and answering queries as needed. Provide administrative support to the finance department, including filing, data entry, and general office duties. Requirements Experience using Sage 200 is desirable. Previous experience in a similar finance assistant role is preferred. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
