Casual positions are currently available in the New England region for program delivery in Tamworth, Armidale, Glen Innes, Moree, Narrabri, Invernell, Gunnedah and Tenterfield.

The Role
* Deliver high-quality, tailored, nationally accredited vocational training to long-term unemployed job seekers ensuring 80% program completion. The training will be delivered face-to-face in a safe and inclusive learning environment. Program duration will vary between 5 OR 10 consecutive business days.
* Provide ongoing encouragement and proactive support in a patient and understanding manner to help build participants' confidence, self-worth and sense of belonging. Actively monitor participant engagement levels throughout the duration of each training program.
* Manage time effectively to ensure all program content is covered. Where necessary, offer additional learning support to participants outside of designated program hours to ensure inclusivity and program success.
* Accurately mark and assess participant workbooks, providing constructive and supportive feedback at the completion of each day of the program.
* Work closely with Learning Experience Coordinators and Business Operations to deliver an exceptional learning experience, contributing to overall operational excellence.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
* Hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment either (TAE40116) / (TAE40122) or in the process of completing (TAE40122).
* Experience in achieving positive outcomes including participant engagement, retention and compliance.
* Proven ability to engage a varied demographic and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
* Personable, enthusiastic and the ability to bring energy to a room.
* Proficiency with digital tools for training and assessment (e.g. Google Suite and Google Classroom).
* Experience in delivering work-ready skills, digital literacy training and working with long-term unemployed job seekers would be an advantage.
* Demonstrated willingness and ability to travel regularly.
* Preferably hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle.
