Role Overview
We are now recruiting for a dynamic Brand and Activations Manager to elevate our brands presence in the market and drive its continued success. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategies to not only build brand awareness, credibility, and engagement across multiple platforms but also to activate the brand at the point of purchase with our wholesale partners, distributors, D2C and wider markets through the delivery of compelling marketing campaigns, events and across our digital platforms, that will drive both brand and business measures.
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation
Create, build, and execute the Strategic Account Marketing and Activation Plans for our wholesale partners, distributors and DT2, delivering the brand and business measures.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
1. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Commercial Director to develop a comprehensive strategic marketing plan for our brands.
2. Define and align seasonal marketing calendars incorporating all relevant aspects of product, retail, and brand activity.
Enhance GTM Sell-in Process
3. Develop and refine go-to-market (GTM) activations sell-in tools for wholesale, export partners, and distributors.
4. Prepare and present the brands Marketing plans at the quarterly internal Sales launches to galvanise and support the sales teams, distributors and DTC teams.
5. Present these plans collaboratively with the sales teams at the quarterly sell ins to wholesale partners to influence the orderbook.
6. Attend trade launches to support the brand and sales teams to influence the order book.
Campaign Management and Execution
7. Develop a roadmap that enables the delivery of a successful marketing campaign during key seasonal moments within the brand calendar (from activations to events). This will be your blueprint to ensure the Brand is delivered on time in full with excellence at the point of purchase going forward.
8. Collaborate with key agencies that will deliver the Brand with excellence and who give a strong ROI.
9. Plan and prepare the marketing campaigns with wholesale partners aligned to the strategic account marketing plans and execute these with excellence and measure the effectiveness accordingly
10. Develop and execute consumer activation activities and events against targeted product ranges across key channels of distribution.
11. Work cross functionally with the wider marketing teams, from the creative manager to the PR and influencer Manager to ensure they develop compelling tools, secure relevant influencers and generate coverage for events.
12. Liaise with customer services and the sales teams to ensure the product has been delivered on time in full ahead of the campaign go live date.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
13. Conduct relevant reporting activities to measure efficiency and commercial success.
14. Work closely with sales to receive sell out reports from our partners to measure the effectiveness of the marketing activities.
15. Present results to the sales and marketing teams and ensure best practices are shared internally and externally.
Digital Marketing and Social Media –
16. Manage the brands social media channels in collaboration with the Brand Marketing Executive (aligned to strategy)
17. Develop engaging content strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement online.
Budget and Resource Management
18. Manage budgets and costs within agreed measures.
19. Monthly budget management with finance.

Qualifications and Skills
26. Experience in brand or retail management and marketing, preferably in the sports fashion or lifestyle industry.
27. Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies.
28. Excellent project management and organisational skills.
