Team Member at Bar 11, Newcastle Airport
Pay Rate: £11.60 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £12.80 per hour. We offer additional service charge, up to £150 per month!!
Shift pattern: Full Time (minimum 30 hours per week), scheduled between 04:00 AM - 22:00 PM, including weekends.
* Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
* Due to some responsibilities within the Bar Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.
A Bar Team Member plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a bar, contributing to creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent customer service. Their responsibilities encompass various tasks, from preparing and serving drinks to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety regulations. This multifaceted role requires a combination of technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

AS A TEAM MEMBER YOU’LL:
* Follow opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handover.
* Ensure the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairly.
* Follow Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements and report to Line Manager if required.
* Train the team on brand standards.
* Ensure cash procedures followed by all staff.
