To work as a social worker within the Mental Health Reablement Team supporting adults with mental health needs. The Mental Health Reablement Team is a short-term service that aims to prevent, reduce and/or delay social care needs whilst promoting independence and recovery within the community. The aim is that, through a targeted, brief intervention service users can enhance their wellbeing and independence and avoid longer-term social care support.

3 essential requirements for the role/System knowledge required:
* Must be able to assess adults under the Care Act 2014
* Candidates will ideally have mental health experience and be used to undertaking duty work such as triaging new referrals
* Have a thorough understanding of adult safeguarding
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK license
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
