IT Business Analyst Hybrid/London Work Force Consultant £80,000 We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Analyst to Join Robert Walters as a Workforce Consultant. About the role: The IT Service Designer role creates the AXA standard documentation aligned with the Service Design & Introduction process, using ITIL expertise to design (in collaboration with stakeholders) the best fit support model for AXA services within AXA UK. They own and manage the work of designing a Service model for AXA UK services within their scope, taking the documentation through the relevant stage gates and approvals until deployed into BAU. They act as part of the Service Design and Introduction team, embedded into projects and deployments to ensure there is IT Service Management subject matter expert knowledge applied to Service Management-related activities. Key accountabilities & responsibilities Enter the accountabilities of the role. What are the main things the role holder needs to do? Complete the Service Design Pack and Service Introduction Checklist documents for the services assigned to them within their workload, ensuring it is within the specified deadlines. Ensure that documentation is to the correct standard within AXA, as closely aligned to industry best practice as possible and to meet AXA's and our regulators operational service standard. Follow governance processes, where relevant, as part of the Project deployment they're assigned to. Attend Change Boards, Architecture Boards and Risk Boards where necessary. Attend relevant project calls to advise on Service Management activity, queries and decisions. Work collaboratively with the Business representatives and project teams to produce the Service Design Pack and Service Introduction Checklists to their project timelines as part of the projects deliverable action. Align to the strategy for Service Design and Introduction (e.g. policies, roles, standards, frameworks, etc). Support in identifying any Service Design and Introduction potential risks in the programmes and projects assigned to them, ensuring they have raised with the Service Design & Introduction team. Provide insight and service management knowledge when reviewing service agreements for AXA, ensuring that they are aligned to AXA's standards and best interests. Review and advise of appropriate OLAs/SLAs in place to support any new services introduced. Collaborate and consult with aligning stakeholder groups around a common vision. Use insight and experience of the Service Design and Introduction process to contribute to continual service improvement.
