Brook Street is seeking an experienced Higher Executive Officer to join an Assurance Department within MOD on a temporary, hybrid assignment based at our client's site in Andover.

With a focus on ensuring compliance and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), this role will require an inquisitive mindset and the ability to work independently to keep operations streamlined and effective.
What You'll Do:
High-level correspondence: Draft and review essential communication, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Data Analysis: Collect, interpret, and report on trends, ensuring all activities are compliant and up-to-date.
Problem-solving & Enquiries: Tackle complex inquiries and find effective solutions.
Team Leadership: Oversee and manage team workflows with minimal supervision.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain professional relationships at senior levels internally and externally.Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum five GCSEs (Grade C or above) and two A-levels (Grade E or above) or equivalent NVQ Management Level 3/4, or solid management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to trends.
IT literacy and adaptability with office systems.Industry Knowledge and Attributes:
Industry Insight: Knowledge in insurance and facilities management, specifically compliance and KPIs monitoring, is a plus.
SC Clearance: Security Clearance is desirable, with sponsorship available if needed (vetting time 1-2 months). If you need a SC, start date will be in Jan 25, you cannot start without this clearance
License: Full driving license is a bonus, with occasional travel to other sites.Behaviours & Competencies:

Pay Rate: £18.35/hr + £0.50/hr allowance
