As Head of Content & PR, you will drive the content strategy, brand voice, and media presence for the business. Lead a team of content writers and PR specialists in shaping compelling narratives that engage, inspire and build trust in what is already a highly reputable business.
The role will include but not be limited to the following:
1. Content Strategy– Develop and execute a plan focused on engagement, SEO and brand authority.
2. Team Leadership– Manage and mentor a high-performing content & PR team.
3. PR & Media Relations– Build strong relationships with journalists and influencers to secure high-impact coverage.
4. Campaign Management– Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across web, blog, social, and press.
5. Crisis Communications– Protect and enhance the brand’s reputation.
6. Analytics & Optimization– Use SEO & analytics tools to track and improve performance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven leadership experience in content, PR or communications (e-commerce is desirable).
* A natural leader with a track record of team management and brand growth.
* Strong content marketing and media relations expertise.
* Excellent writing, communication and strategic planning skills.
