Overall, the job involves dealing with a wide variety of enquiries from sales to service:
1. Accurately processing orders
2. Solving issues whilst delivering great customer service.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Recent customer service experience in an office
2. Competent in Excel, Word and Outlook
3. A good eye for detail and good at problem-solving
4. Confident on the telephone and by email
5. Live within a reasonable commute of Swanley, or able to get to Swanley train station.
