We are seeking a Financial Planning Coordinator for one of our Plymouth based clients. As a key member of the team, you will provide support to Financial Planners by managing client interactions, administering client files, and coordinating effectively with product providers.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Develop meaningful relationships with clients.
2. Accurately input and maintain client information in Intelliflo Office.
3. Communicate effectively with product providers and internal stakeholders to support financial planning implementation.
4. Collaborate with Financial Planners to ensure the delivery of outstanding client experiences.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
6. Adhere to processes and help improve quality.
Essential Experience and Attributes Required:
1. Experience as an administrator in the financial services sector.
2. Confident communicator with clients and providers.
3. Exposure to financial planning software.
4. Delivering outstanding client services.
