The role as Site Manager
We are seeking a Site Manager for our site in Goffs Oak, Hertfordshire. You will be responsible for Management of the day-to-day operation of the assigned development site to meet the Company production objectives relating to safety, quality, production, presentation, financial performance, in addition to achieving the required levels of site presentation and service to our customers.
About you
* Proven experience of working within the Residential property or house builder sector experience
* Experience and knowledge of traditional build and timber frame structures
* Hold a professional or technical Building qualification or degree
* Ideally, MCIOB qualified or working towards
* Strong experience and knowledge of building regulations, health & safety legislation, NHBC standards and other required building standards
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with all levels of staff and clients
* Ability to organise and prioritise, and manage time constraints effectively
