We have an exciting opportunity for someone to gain experience in the Cheltenham Recovery Community Mental Health Team to cover maternity leave. This is a part-time fixed term post which provides support to the service and our patients.
The successful candidate will work as a part of a team providing comprehensive and confidential Administration support to the Recovery/MHICT multidisciplinary team in accordance with the requirements of the service as led by the Team Manager and Locality Support Services Manager.
Working in conjunction with colleagues, service users, and internal and external stakeholders, the post holder will directly contribute to the efficient running of the Recovery/MHICT service.
The post holder will provide administrative support within the Cheltenham Recovery Community Mental Health team, which includes:
1. Being confident in using a number of office systems, including ordering office supplies using the Trust's electronic procurement system.
2. Communicating effectively with a wide range of people, including colleagues and members of the public via telephone and/or in person, ensuring a professional approach.
3. Actively supporting team meetings by coordinating, collating, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution of papers.
4. Ensuring that minutes are accurate, well-written, presented, and distributed in a timely manner.
5. Working alongside other Team Administrators at Leckhampton Lodge as required to meet service demands, including support with recording leave, sickness absences, and bank shifts onto the relevant computer systems as directed by the Team Manager.
6. Supporting the organization of induction packs, interviews, time sheets, and documentation relating to recruitment paperwork.
7. Supporting with the MDT meeting (minute taking) as directed by the Team Manager and/or Locality Support Service Manager.
