The Role
We are looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join our tight-knit HR team (3 people based in London) to help expand and optimise HR operations including payroll in keeping with our global growth. Alongside BAU employee data processing, reporting and payroll duties, we will be rolling out a new HRIS and payroll solution. You will be key in the successful design and delivery of the project, executing the rollout with supervision and support of the wider team. It is essential that you are a team player, with strong communication skills in order to gain stakeholder buy in. This will be an ongoing project carrying out maintenance and improvements to optimise employee experience on a global scale through consistency and automation, maximizing the strategic impact of the HRIS to deliver optimal value to the business.
The role would suit someone with a genuine attention to detail as well as a solid foundation of HR system experience, (e.g. Workday). You will have a history of maintaining HR system data quality as well as experience driving HR processes such as employee onboarding/offboarding, working alongside other colleagues to maintain a consistent approach. There is a lot of room for impact in this area of the business and so we are looking for someone keen to take ownership and willing to suggest improvements and automations where possible.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Input and maintain integrity of HR and payroll data for global workforce including assistance with monthly/year end processes.
* Assist with rollout of new HRIS and payroll solution as well as provide training and technical support for colleagues.
* Develop and implement new processes and relevant documentation for efficient HR operations management.
* Payroll and benefits administration for global teams, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
* Perform statistical analysis on HRIS data and generate insightful reports for HR & relevant internal teams.
* Perform regular audits on HR processes and documentation, including hiring, visa sponsorship, terminations, and payroll administration, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Ensure all HR operations, especially those related to payroll and data management, adhere to legal standards and best practices.
* Provide support and cover for ad hoc generalist HR duties for colleagues as required.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HR Systems Analyst / similar role, ideally supporting a global workforce with daily use of an HRIS (e.g. Workday, SAP Success Factors).
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively, provide support, and deliver training.
* Sharp attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity and the security of confidential information.
* Proficient in analysing HR metrics to support informed decision making.
* Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Strong numerical aptitude.
* Ability to stay current with technical innovations and emerging trends in HRIS analysis.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
