We are a rapidly expanding recruitment business in Horsforth looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Public Sector team as a Law Enforcement Resourcer!
In your role, you will be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert across the division, understanding the candidate market, and building on the division’s success and national leader status to provide a best-in-class candidate experience and candidate market insight to existing and new candidates.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
1. Managing candidate relationships (calling and meeting with regularity); these include existing but also new relationships from job applications, referrals, job boards and LinkedIn.
2. Overseeing the entire recruitment process from picking a job up, to advertising, sourcing, facilitating interviews and offer management.
3. Lead generation and intelligence gathering.
4. Managing client relationships (existing and new), seeking to develop and improve partnerships.
5. Administration support – Compliance & Payroll.
6. Supporting the team lead with change requests.

* Experience in either IT or Digital Policing recruitment.

The Law Enforcement, National Security and Defence Division is a relatively new division for Futures. Our team currently works across a large number of Police Forces, National Security Agencies some of which can’t be named, Defence branches as well as big 4 consulting firms who deliver into the industry.
