Service Coordinator (Facilities Management/Engineering)

Excellent opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join a nationwide building management business on a 3-month fixed term contract. On offer is the chance to work for a successful company in a hybrid role.
With over 20 locations across the UK, this well-established business has amassed a successful reputation for delivering excellence within building management and civil engineering. In line with a heavier workload, they are seeking additional team members for their close-knit helpdesk team.
In this hybrid role, you'll be the main point of contact regarding maintenance/service issues. This involves keeping a maintenance log and scheduling both PPM and reactive maintenance duties.
This role requires working 37.5 hours per week on a hybrid working pattern (3 days in office, 2 days at home).
THE ROLE:
1. Main point of contact regarding maintenance/service issues
2. Scheduling and coordinating PPM and Reactive work
3. Logging reports into the internal databases
THE PERSON:
1. Previous experience in a Service/Maintenance Coordinating role
2. Ideally from a Facilities Management background
3. Good customer service skills
