Employee Relations and Change Specialist (6 months Secondment)
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-time
Location: Bradford, Petersfield or Chatham. Occasional travel to other offices may be required.
Working Pattern: Hybrid—typically 1 day a week in the office. Part-time or flexible arrangements are considered to support work-life balance.

The Role:
As an Employee Relations and Change Specialist you will be responsible for delivering a first-class Employee Relations service that supports and upskills managers in handling and concluding ER cases.
In your day-to-day role, you will:
* Provide specialist ER expertise, guidance and advice to people managers and People Business Partners on a wide range of topics.
* Coach people managers to reach their own conclusions and effective decision making.
* Provide strong support across the business on case management, focusing on risks and potential outcomes.
* Effectively manage own ER caseload from end to end in a timely manner across various topics.
* Attend and prepare for formal or informal meetings, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are briefed.
* Work in partnership with People Business Partners on key change projects to provide expert employee relations advice.
* Take a lead on Employment Tribunal management and preparation, including ACAS conciliation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience in employee relations or a related specialist role.
* Experience of managing end to end employee relations case management.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced, cost-conscious environment.
* Excellent technical HR/employment law knowledge.
* Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* CIPD Qualified.
