We're Hiring: Solution Analyst
Join our Services Team as a Solution Analyst and play a key role in helping customers onboard, configure, and maximize our software platforms and third-party systems. This is a semi-technical, customer-facing role where you'll provide training, support, and troubleshooting while working closely with our Development Team.
What Youll Do:
Guide customers through onboarding and setup.
Train users to get the most out of our software.
Support troubleshooting and system queries.
Work with the Development Team to improve our platforms.
What Were Looking For:
Customer-focused with great communication skills.
Technically savvy and quick to learn new software.
Problem-solver with a proactive approach.
Experience in software support, training, or implementation is a plus.
