Customer Service Executive
Interaction Recruitment are looking for an experienced customer service advisor for our client based in Watton, Norfolk.
£12.00 per hour
Monday to Friday
Immediate Start
Temporary Ongoing
Rotating Shifts
8.30 – 5pm
8.00 – 4.30pm
9.30 – 6pm
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role are handling inbound and outbound calls to residents across Breckland, North Norfolk and Kings Lynn. Including taking payments and raising worksheets. As part of this you will monitor emails daily and complete admin tasks as a team. You will confidently follow established procedures and processes, working well independently as well as a team player.
