Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for a Soft Services Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, a national provider of bespoke cleaning and security solutions for the office, retail and commercial sectors to name a few. As Soft Services Manager, you will be based at their retail site in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, and will be responsible for the entire onsite Team consisting of Cleaning, Maintenance and Security services. As part of your role, you will ensure the highest standards are adhered to at all times. The ideal Soft Services Manager will have previous experience working in a similar environment and will possess excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
