The role:
This person will work closely with a Delivery Lead within a small team of business and technology specialists to elaborate, prioritise and communicate requirements and process change for delivery. They will establish strong relationships with business SMEs as well as ERP and data teams to identify and refine requirements. They will use their technical knowledge to collaborate on the creation of a solution design and work with the Delivery Lead to maintain a prioritised backlog to tight timescales.
What you'll be doing:
* Liaise with People Subject Matter Experts to capture their requirements and, where required, produce technical specifications.
* Establish the business value associated with requirements or process change.
* Prioritise changes.
* Communicate with stakeholders to ensure awareness of competing priorities or impediments.
* Ensure that delivered changes meet the expectations of stakeholders, are adopted and deliver value.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure that work is delivered efficiently and effectively using agreed processes and tools.
* Build strong relationships across the team and wider division.
Who we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of a range of business analysis tools/techniques including requirements elicitation for both functional and non-functional requirements, documentation of requirements including acceptance criteria, and 'as is' and 'to be' business process modelling. They will be skilled at Stakeholder management at all levels and have previous experience of Agile in a delivery environment. They will have proven problem-solving skills and be able to visualise and understand problems in order to develop appropriate resolution options. They will have experience of delivering data-centric technology solutions combined with a process improvement mindset.
Essential Criteria
* Have worked previously as a technical BA and be able to capture requirements and map to technical specifications.
* 'As is' and 'To be' business process modelling experience.
* Strong Excel skills (Intermediate).
* Strong problem-solving skills - able to visualise/understand problems and create resolution options.
* Strong Stakeholder engagement skills - effective and resilient - adaptable to suit audience.
Desirable Criteria
* Agile experience in a delivery environment.
* Process improvement mindset.
* SJP knowledge.
