The Role:
Lead complex engineering projects from conception to delivery, ensuring coordination across multiple disciplines.
Drive technical decision-making and foster innovation through expert engineering leadership.
Facilitate problem-solving sessions and technical discussions between engineering teams.
Manage project schedules, risks, and resource allocation effectively.
Drive R&D initiatives and continuous improvement in development processes.
Report directly to the Engineering Director on progress and technical initiatives.
The Person:
Significant experience in engineering with a proven track record in a technical leadership role.
Strong technical background in hardware, electronics, firmware, or software engineering.
Experience leading complex technical projects across multiple engineering disciplines.
Proven ability to drive technical decision-making and foster innovation.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
